About RCSHK

Chartered on 23 February 2017 · District 3450 · Area 2 · Hong Kong

Mission & Vision

In Hong Kong — one of the regions with the fastest and highest internet coverage globally — many vulnerable and elderly groups still lack access to IT knowledge and applications due to living conditions or lack of information channels.

Our members come mostly from IT-related industries. Our service scope focuses on using technology education to help the elderly and disadvantaged improve their quality of life. We also leverage our influence to encourage the government and public institutions to develop more effective channels and policies to serve the general public and promote social progress.

"In the era of technological innovation, fairness means allocating resources according to need — bringing everyone to the same starting line."

Digital Inclusion

Technology education and support for elderly and underprivileged communities across Hong Kong.

Service Above Self
